
Have you ever taste uncooked zucchini? I propose to cook a very good salad.
400 g. zucchini
1-2 cucumbers
4-5 tablespoons cream (10%)
1,5 tablespoons white wine vinegar (or cider vinegar)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1-2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley and dill
8-10 scallions
Salt, black pepper
Grind parsley and dill with salt. Add vinegar, oil, pepper and cream. Mix it all well.
Thinly slice cucumber and zucchini, sprinkle with salt (a little) and let sit for several minutes. Drain any water formed and then add the dressing. Sprinkle with chopped scallions before serving.
